Description: The leader of the Sakanazoku (Fish) clan, the Aqua Stranger, and the object of Onishi Sarai's affections. Mizuno appears strong-willed and determined, but is actually quite fragile and lonely. Her feelings towards Sarai is the complete opposite of how he feels for her. Although, she eventually returns his feelings =) Both the Hebizoku and Sakanazoku clans has been fighting due to Mizuno's older brother's disappearance. Of which she blames Sarai's older brother for kidnapping her older brother, Souba Ginga, whom she is deeply in love with (and not in the sibling love way).
