Description: Chiaki has a flirtatous persona. He is seen most of the time flirting with Maron and other different girls. In school, Chiaki is seen as a handsome boy, with a happy attitude. He lives by himself (coincidentally by Maron's apartment). His mother had died when he was only 5 years old. His father was not there when his mother was dying. This, of course, upsetted Chiaki. After the death of his mother, his father married many other women. Chiaki's dad owns a hospital: Nagoya Hospital, and he wants Chiaki to take over when he dies. Of course, Chiaki opposes the task bestowed upon him and runs away. He soon runs into Access one day, and ever since that day, he has the duty of sealing demons and becoming rivals with Jeanne. He is able to transform into Kaitou Sinbad with Access's help.

Anime and Manga versions: It turns out that Chiaki had known from the beginning that Maron was Jeanne. He pretended to be in love with her, so he can stop her from being Jeanne. However, his false love for her had blossomed into true love. He finds himself beside Maron all the time, helping her as both Chiaki and Sinbad.
